Privacy policy

The RPG Empire, LLC ("we") operates therpgempire.com. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Name and email when you join the newsletter, register as a playtester, or contact us.
• Optional newsletter preferences: your gaming role and experience, favorite games and brands, and the podcasts and product types you want to hear about.
• Signup consent, source information and the time you save your preferences.
• Order details when you buy a digital product. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your card number.
• Standard server and analytics data (pages viewed, device, referrer).

How we use it

• Send the emails you signed up for and use your saved choices to select relevant topic and product updates. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• Deliver purchases and reply to messages.
• Understand which pages and episodes people care about.

Sharing

We store newsletter signups and optional preferences in GoHighLevel to run the email list. We don't sell your data. We use third-party services to run the site (hosting, email, payments, podcast feeds) and share only what they need to work. Apparel orders are fulfilled through Etsy under Etsy's privacy policy.

Website measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page use. We may keep approved referral tags in your browser tab for up to 30 minutes and save those source values with your signup. We do not send your email address or profile answers to web analytics.

Your choices

Use the personal profile link in an RPG Empire email to update your interests. You can unsubscribe from all marketing through any marketing email. Updating your profile does not restart an unsubscribed email subscription. Write to us via the contact page to ask about the information we hold on you.
